Second Tuesday of Month (STM) - Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting - October
Description
Our topic this month is: "Continuing Bonds: Finding our New Self-Balance"
GEM VOLUNTEER, Aliza Marlin finding her Self-Balance. |
Our goal for our peer-led support topic meeting is for everyone to find their own unique Self-Balance. We hear so often that widows simply want their lives to return to what they once were with their partners. The challenge lies in keeping our beautiful memories PRESENT while courageously exploring NEW POSSIBILITES. This month, we explore how we find the strength and courage to rebuild, recreate, and reimagine without our loved ones’ physical presence. And how do we keep these bonds present as we hope to create new and promising possibilities for our futures? |
