W Wellness Webinar: Reflective Writing Workshop - Healingthe Mind, Body, and Spirit

Laurel Braitman, PhD

Please join us for an interactive workshop, from 7 PM ET - 9:30 PM ET,  in our Fall Women's Wellness Series as Dr. Laurel Braitman leads us in a reflection workshop that begins with an icebreaker and is followed by a 15-minute lesson on the tenets of excellent storytelling and specific tips and tricks for becoming one's most authentic, evocative, interesting and clear communicator. There will be time for reflective writing and sharing within the group. Laurel will provide a selection of custom writing prompts based on various themes about life's challenges and the group’s goals and will alternate between writing and sharing.

Reflective workshops allow participants to pause, find meaning in potentially difficult experiences, and practice creative communication skills in a warm, welcoming environment.
