Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (First Monday of Month) - March

03/03/2025 09:30 PM - 10:30 PM ET

Description

Peer Led Support Topic Meeting

Our topic this month is:  "Self Compassion:  Treating ourselves with Kindness, Support and Awareness

At The W Connection we know that Self-Compassion is necessary to help us through our journey. We define Self-Compassion with the help of Kristen Neff (Psychologist and Author of several books on Self Compassion) as treating yourself with Kindness, Support and Awareness.

In our March peer-led topic meeting, we will learn how nurturing ourselves and showing kindness toward ourselves will help us move forward.

We will encourage each other to feel, hear, say, “I am worth it”.

The Topic committee suggests listening to Dawn's Video.
