Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (Second Tuesday of Month) - March
Description
Peer Led Support Topic Meetings
Our topic this month is: "Self-Compassion: Treating ourselves with Kindness, Support and Awareness"
At The W Connection we know that Self-Compassion is necessary to help us through our journey. We define Self-Compassion with the help of Kristen Neff (Psychologist and Author of several books on Self Compassion) as treating yourself with Kindness, Support and Awareness.
In our March peer-led topic meeting, we will learn how nurturing ourselves and showing kindness toward ourselves will help us move forward.
We will encourage each other to feel, hear, say, “I am worth it”.
