Third Wednesday of Month (FMM) - Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting - December

12/18/2024 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM ET

Description

Our topic this month is: "Finding Peace"

How can we help one another "Find Peace"?

The notion of finding peace after losing our life partners might sound impossible, yet it's essential to our emotional and physical well-being.

It's important to understand that Peace does not depend on the absence of sadness and pain. In fact, they can and do co-exist. The first moments may be small, but it's important to seek them out and become aware of them.

Join us this month. Together, we will explore ways to seek peace with support and shared strategies.
