Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (Fourth Thursday of Month) - February

02/27/2025 08:00 PM - 09:00 PM ET

Description

Our topic this month is: "Dealing with Difficult Emotions:  Guilt, Anger, Envy, Fear"

Watch Dawn's Video

I sat with my anger long enough until she told me her real name was grief.”

― C.S. Lewis

Our February Topic Meetings will focus on how to navigate the difficult emotions we undoubtedly experience as widows. These emotions can be very intense, and part of our journey is learning how to acknowledge them and move forward.

We hope you will join us to discuss these difficult emotions--how to be true to yourself but at the same time ensure that they do not restrict our efforts to rebuild our lives.
