Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (First Monday of Month) - April
Description
Peer Led Support Topic Meeting
Our topic this month is: "Understanding & Leveraging Our Character Strenghts"
Researchers determined that there are 24 different Character Strengths that we each possess. Understanding and leveraging our own personal Character Strengths, can help us face life challenges, work towards goals and feel more fulfilled both personally and professionally.
In our April Peer-Led Topic meetings, our facilitators will share this research, so that you can uncover your own character strenths and explore how best to leverage them.
In preparation for these meetings, our Topic Committee volunteers suggest listening to Dawn's Video and bring paper and pen or your W Connection Journal to the meetings
