Young Widows - Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (First Tuesday of Month) - April

04/01/2025 07:30 PM - 08:30 PM ET

Description

Peer Led Support Topic Meetings

Our topic this month is: "Understanding & Leveraging Character Strengths"

Researchers determined that there are 24 different Character Strengths that we possess.  Understanding and leveraging our own personal Character Strengths, can help us face life challenges, word towards goals and feel more fulfilled both personally and professionally.

In our April Peer-Led Topic meeting, our facilitators will share this research, so that you can uncover your own character strengths and explore how best to leverage them.

In preparation for these meetings, our Topic Committee volunteers suggest listening to Dawn's Video and bring paper and pen or your W Connection Journal to the meetings.
