Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (Third Wednesday of Month) - May
Description
Peer Led Support Topic Meetings
Our topic this month is: "Moving Forward - Letting Go"

This month, we explore "the Concept of "Letting Go". At the W Connection, we believe that "Letting Go" is a foundational component for moving forward and rebuilding our lives.
- "Letting Go" is NOT about forgetting.
- "Letting Go" is NOT about getting over it because it is NOT an illness.
"Letting Go" IS about adapting and accepting so that we can embrace the life that is waiting for us.
