Due to popular demand, we are delighted to welcome Stephanie back to the W Connection for a second webinar on the practice of self-compassion. During this webinar, Stephanie aims to help us:

*Integrate a variety of mindful self-compassion practices into our daily lives.
Stephanie Speer received her professional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center from Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Saki Santorelli. During her career, she has created and presented a variety of MBSR programs for the general public, mental/physical health care professionals, educators and students, patients and caregivers, senior citizens and employees and employers. In the aftermath of the terrorist acts of 2001, she taught mindfulness practices to survivors, first responders and the general public for FEMA/NYS Office of Mental Health “Project Liberty”.
