First Monday of Month (FMM) - Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting

11/07/2022 09:30 PM - 10:30 PM ET

Description

Our topic this month is:  "Re-Discovering Our Self Identities After Loss"

We will spend the month of November exploring and re-discovering our self-identities.

The way we perceive ourselves (our "self-identities") shifts throughout our lifetimes. Relationship-wise, professionally, spiritually, physically, and financially. Our self-identities are an evolving combination of both growth and loss.

The loss of our partners strikes hard at our identities, but how do we make sure that we do not get stuck with "The Widow Label"?

We hope you join us as we share strategies and encouragement about how to ensure that being a widow does not entirely define us.

Co-Leaders:  Carol & Shelley
