Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (First Monday of Month) - Oct

10/06/2025 09:30 PM - 10:30 PM ET

Description

Peer Led Support Topic Meeting

Our topic this month is:  "Continuing Bonds: Finding Our Self Balance"

We hear it often: “I just want life to feel the way it did when my partner was here.”

That longing is real. And so is the challenge of keeping those beautiful memories present while finding the courage to rebuild, recreate, and reimagine life without our loved ones physically beside us.

💙 In this meeting, we’ll explore:

  • How do we carry our bonds forward as we shape new futures?
  • What does it look like to heal while staying connected to the love that shaped us?
  • How do we create Self-Balance --the deeply personal practice of honoring our memories while opening ourselves to new possibilities.
