Our topic this month is:  "Navigating the Holidays, Past and Present"

How Can We Support One Another Through the Holidays?

The holiday season can stir up a mix of emotions—especially for those navigating recent loss. In our November Peer-Led Support Topic Meetings, designed with newer widows in mind, we’ll come together to share challenges, ideas and strategies for "getting through this holiday season".

Together, we’ll explore what helps

--and hold space for what hurts.
