Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (Second Tuesday of Month) - December

12/09/2025 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM ET

Description

Peer Led Support Topic Meetings

Our topic this month is:  "Finding Peace"

How can we help one another "Find Peace"?

The idea may feel out of reach at times, even impossible. Yet peace is essential to our emotional and physical well-being. It’s not the absence of sadness or pain. It’s the quiet presence of something else: awareness, connection, and the courage to seek even the smallest moments of calm.

Grief and peace can coexist. And often, the first glimpses of peace are subtle—a deep breath, a shared story, a moment of stillness. These are worth noticing. Worth nurturing.

💬 Join us for a peer-led conversation on Finding Peace.
Together, we’ll explore strategies, share reflections, and support one another in the ongoing journey toward healing.
