The holiday season can stir up a mix of emotions—especially for those navigating recent loss. In our November Peer-Led Support Topic Meetings, designed with newer widows in mind, we’ll come together to share challenges, ideas and strategies for "getting through this holiday season".

Together, we’ll explore what helps

--and hold space for what hurts.

About Me: I think kindness, compassion and positivity is so important.  Instead of finding the glass half full or half empty, I find the glass refillable.  I have 2 Daughters, 2 Fantastic sons in law and 2 grandchildren.  
Interests: Reading and Walking, which morphed into walking with my headphones on while listening to books ever since COVID started—what a delightful coping strategy for me! 
Works well with:  empty nesters and widows who want to learn and grow and move forward with purpose.

About Me:  I am a proud mom of 3 and grandmom of 2. I have worked with individuals with disabilities for my entire professional career. I am grateful and humbled to work with these amazing individuals. Needless to say, I am all about equity, access and inclusion.
