Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting (Held the First Monday of Month) - April
Description
Peer Led Support Topic Meeting
Join fellow widows in a safe, supportive space to explore a monthly theme together. Led by peers who understand the journey, these meetings offer connection, shared wisdom, and practical tools for healing and growth. Whether you're newly widowed or years into your path, this is a place to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Our topic this month is: "Discovering and Leveraging our Character Strengths"
Researchers determined that there are 24 different character strengths that we each possess and understanding and leveraging our own personal Character Strengths, can help us face life challenges, work towards goals and feel more fulfilled both personally and professionally.
This month's Topic Meetings, our facilitators will share this research, so that you can uncover your individual character strengths and explore how best to leverage them.
The Topic committee suggests subscribing to our YouTube channel & listening to Dawn's Video. Just click this link, Watch & Subscribe
** In order to discover strengths together, we are not sharing articles before the meeting.
**Bring paper and pen or your W Connection Journal to the meetings.
