Our topic this month is: "Navigating the Holidays, Past and Present"
How can we help one another "get through the holidays?"
Join us as we discuss our needs and apprehensions--and what strategies we might adopt to alleviate some of our holiday sadness and grief.

About Me: I think kindness, compassion and positivity is so important. Instead of finding the glass half full or half empty, I find the glass refillable. I have 2 Daughters, 2 Fantastic sons in law and 2 grandchildren.
Interests: Reading and Walking, which morphed into walking with my headphones on while listening to books ever since COVID started—what a delightful coping strategy for me!
Works well with: empty nesters and widows who want to learn and grow and move forward with purpose.

About Me: I am a proud mom of 3 and grandmom of 2. I have worked with individuals with disabilities for my entire professional career. I am grateful and humbled to work with these amazing individuals. Needless to say, I am all about equity, access and inclusion.
Interests: Reading, music, museums, travelling – and I am learning to like exercising too!
