Third Wednesday of Month (FMM) - Peer-Led Support Topic Meeting - April

04/17/2024 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM ET

Description

Our topic this month is: "Understanding and Leveraging Our Character Strengths"

Researchers have recently determined the 24 different character strengths that we each possess--in varying degrees.  As we navigate widowhood, we might not realize how much we rely on these character strengths as we try to move forward. Have you ever taken a serious inner look at your own individual character strengths?

In this month's Topic Meetings, our facilitators will share this research, so that you can better understand your own character strengths and explore how best to leverage them.

In preparation for these meetings, our Topic Committee volunteers suggest that you bring paper and pen to the meetings.

For this topic, we will discuss the material in the meeting and  you can listen to Dawn's Video on the topic, here
